Education:  I attended two colleges: Tidewater Community College in Chesapeake Virginia and Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Certification:  I have a provisional license for Health and Physical Education, I am certified on CIAC (Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference), and First Aid/CPR certified.

Teaching Experience:  I have five years of High School experience at Bishop Sullivan High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia and more than ten years experience here at Sacred Heart School in Groton, Connecticut.

Hobbies:  I have seasonal hobbies.  During the spring and summer seasons, I like to be outdoors with my children: riding bikes, hiking, swimming and being active with outdoor sports.  During the fall season, I love to make different kinds crafts:  flower and candy arrangements, wreaths to hang on doors and centerpieces for dining room tables.  During the winter season, I love to ski and ice skate.
